BSAC Dive Leader Course

The BSAC Dive Leader Course is the first professional-level leadership qualification within the BSAC training system. It develops the skills and knowledge needed to plan, organise, and lead safe diving activities while assisting with the training and supervision of other divers. This course is ideal for experienced divers who want to take on greater responsibility and become confident dive leaders.

Program:

• The course lasts 3-4 weeks
• Theoretical preparation
• Workshops in confined and open water
• Supervised diving leadership
• Final test and evaluation

Requirements:

• 18 years of age.
• BSAC Advanced Ocean diver certification (or equivalent certification from another training organization).
• BSAC Sports diver ertification (or equivalent certification from another training organization).
• Completion of Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (or equivalent first aid and CPR course from another organization) within the last 24 months.
• At least 60 logged dives to start the course and 60 to obtain certification.
• Be physically fit for diving and submit a medical certificate signed by a doctor within the last 12 months.

• Transport from and back to your hotel in Hurghada. (Transport from Makadi and El Gouna for a 10 euro per day per person)

• National park fee not included

All you need to bring is a towel and sun protection.
